1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Gold Leaf Solutions LLC provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning. The scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimate. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ. You will be notified before any changes are made.
4. Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cards, ACH & cash. Late payments may be subject to fees.
6. Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
8. Limitations of Liability
Gold Leaf Solutions LLC is not responsible for:

Improper installation of surfaces or fixtures

Normal wear and tear
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to our team or your property.
10. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Gold Leaf Solutions LLC related to your inquiries, services, scheduling, and account updates.
